We are looking for a passionate Elementary School Teacher K-5 to add to our existing team for the 2024-2025 school year and to help students develop and flourish throughout the school year. We are a Christian school with Christian values. A teacher with a strong Christ like heart is a must. You will develop ways to help each student grow in their academics and through Christ while being in an intimate and joyful setting. You will provide academic lessons that meet the needs of all students. This teacher will primarly work with grades 3-5.

An Elementary School Teacher’s responsibilities include managing a classroom, communicating and teaching one or more subjects clearly and within the bounds of school procedures. They must also monitor each student’s progress and provide extra mentorship as needed.

Our private school is a boutique school with a cap of 15 selected students K-5. We have small groups, one on one and combined learning. The academic teacher must be comfortable with learning how to adapt in a multi faceted setting as our private school also feels similar to a Pod with two strong hands on, creative academic teachers. Academics begin from 8 am and end at 12:45 pm Monday-Friday. From there the students attend elective programs ran by performing arts teachers. We are looking for academic teachers who would like to enjoy academic teaching in a part time position. We are looking for teachers who would like to work 20-25 hours a week.

Ultimately, you will work directly with students to ensure the success and development of your classroom throughout the year.
