The Highlands Front Desk Assistant Manager assists The Highlands Front Desk Manager in maintaining and improving Front Desk operations and fulfills the manager role when the manager is absent. They will be ensuring all Team Members are attentive, friendly, and efficient by providing all guests with quality service throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. This will include, but is not limited to training, supervising, assisting, and guest recovery. Individuals will be required to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Monitor team members and observe performances to ensure adherence to resort standards and established operating procedures
Oversee and participate in the prompt and courteous check-in and checkout of guests

QualificationsPreferred supervisory and front desk experience
Must be at least 18 years of age.
You achieved a high school diploma or equivalent, are comfortable handling payment transactions.
Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Previous point of sale software experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office required.
