Job Details:
- Will provide administrative support to a growing team.
- Will initiate and coordinate schedules, calendars, reports, and presentations using various software packages and databases.
- Will be the key resource for the Community Program for all internal and external communications.
- Will manage the Salesforce Database to support student educational and medical records, will create, track and organize contracts, improve office efficiencies, prepare correspondence, handle confidential information, arrange meetings, track expenses, arrange travel, and other related duties for the program.
- This is a temporary to-hire opportunity for an academic environment in Watertown.
