We are seeking a dedicated Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing exceptional assistance to our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Process sales transactions using POS systems
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter and stock displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products
**Skills:**
- Strong organizational skills to manage sales transactions efficiently
- Experience with cash handling
- Previous experience in technical sales is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to work with stock inventory and maintain accurate records
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
