- Direct all incoming calls and walk-in customers in a cheerful and efficient manner.
- Sort incoming mail and distribute in a timely manner.
- Prepare and stamp outgoing mail.
- Ship items using FedEx.
- Managing incoming Insurance Certificates/Cancellations.
- Order supplies.
- Manage building matters.
- Call for support on, printers, postage machines, etc.
- Scan documents.
- Create professional emails to customers.
- Organize and manage incoming and outgoing titles.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
- Extremely strong customer service-oriented presence.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with both customers and fellow co-workers, in written and verbal form.
- Highly skilled in the use of computers with a Windows operating system.
- Experience with Google Suite applications, a plus.
- Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
- Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending, or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate by providing verbal / written feedback in a professional manner.
- Normal range of hearing and vision.
- Type: Hourly
- Compensation Range: $17-$22

- Reports To: Business Manager
- Shift: 1st
