Boy Scouts of America Montana Council is looking for a Part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in our Bozeman, MT store. We are a small business that values our employees and prides ourselves on providing the highest quality of customer service. We are looking for someone who is reliable, has a positive attitude, and enjoys being part of a team.
Requirements:
·Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
·Must be able to bend, reach, twist and walk for extended periods.
·Must have good phone answering skills.
·Must have a positive, winning attitude.
·Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor and fellow sales associates with a high degree of professionalism and respect.
·Must Operate the store with in budgeted guidelines to meet profit goals and expenses.
·Must be able to setup and manage Mobile stores that have been approved by supervisor.
·Able to assist in State wide scouting events as directed by supervisor (this may require some travel).
·Must be able to open and close store.
·Must be able to conduct inventory counts, place merchandise orders and accurately receive orders.
·Must be able to work with little supervision.
·Must be able to safeguard cash and inventory.
·Must be available Monday & Wednesday (12:30-5:30), and Tuesday & Thursday (9:00am-2:00pm).
·Must have reliable transportation.
·Must be able to make post office and bank runs.
·Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
