Who We Are

Duties and Responsibilities

• Improve and support the manufacturing and process development
• Design and develop new product and equipment and processes and troubleshoot it
• Document all the details of the process development and modify it whenever any new component or a system has been designed.
• Create documentation for the prototypes which have been built and designed
• Make requisitions for the requirements of tools and other specific components
• Perform experiments, ensure its validity and operation by installing and running the extrusion equipment and process
• Analyze all company processes and products and recommend improvements to same by using optimal extrusion technologies and collaborate with R&D team to develop and manufacture new products.

Required Education and Experience

• BS in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or other related technical degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of three years of plastic extrusion processing and process development experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of analytical engineering tools including critical path problem solving and root cause analysis in order to determine design feasibility and identify variation from performance specifications.
• Excellent understanding of all plastic extrusion processes.
• Hands-on experience with all facets of extrusion processing in a production environment.
• Create detailed manufacturing & engineering technical drawings in SolidWorks
• Excellent Organization and Time Management.
• Ability in developing and maintaining strong relationships with production staff.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master’s Degree preferred.
• SolidWorks/AutoCAD experience is preferred
• Experience in utilizing Six Sigma tools and analysis is preferred.
