Bowman Williams is a specialized staffing firm for the Managed and Cloud Service Provider industry.

What is the Managed and Cloud Service Provider Industry? An MSP is essentially an outsourced technical company that supports multiple businesses.

Here at Bowman Williams, we fill those MSP hiring needs through direct hire/ permanent placement staffing. We do not place candidates in contract roles and place an emphasis on quality over quantity. Not to mention, we have a lot of fun doing it!

The Account Manager’s on our team are not responsible for sales but managing existing client relationships. The Account Manager will have a set of client accounts working with the recruitment and sales team to match talent to job orders and drive placements to close.

Account Manager “No Sales” – Staff the Cloud Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience working for a staffing firm REQUIRED****
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive deals to close
• IT Infrastructure Staffing experience is a MAJOR PLUS typical skills include: Windows, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco.

Account Manager “No Sales” – Staff the Cloud Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary Commission (First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K ) Base salary typically around $60k-$70k
• Bowman Williams pays 100% of health benefits (including dental)
• Unlimited Paid-Time Off (PTO).
• We take a 2-hour lunch break EVERY DAYbetween 11:30AM – 1:30PM (Business hours are 8AM – 5PM.)
• Hybrid Work Schedule (2 days from home, 3 days in office in Arlington)
