Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative/Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative/Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct research and gather information as required
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
-Assist with email marketing campaigns via MailChimp
-Assist with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
Skills:
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred
