We're looking for a friendly, energetic, responsible individual to work at our retail store. You'll provide fantastic customer service by assisting customers with products, cashiering, and stocking our shelves and coolers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers and engage in friendly conversation
• Stock, merchandise, and rotate product throughout the store, including inside walk-in beer cooler
• Become familiar with store lay-out and products in beer, wine, spirits, and non-alc departments
• Assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations
• Cashiering duties such as entering all transactions efficiently and accurately
• Light cleaning and dusting
• Follow all local, state, and federal laws, and company policies pertaining to the sale and of alcohol
• Be a team player, be willing to cross-train and pitch in wherever is needed

Skills:

• Retail experience
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Experience in the wine, beer, and spirits industry or an enthusiastic willingness to learn
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand or walk 100% of the time
• Perform repetitive grasping, pinching, squeezing, and hand/arm motions
• Frequent bending, reaching, grasping, and lifting items at or above waist level
• Ability to lift 15-20lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion
