An innovative financial services firm in Princeton, NJ is searching for an ambitious Client Relations Manager / Associate to join their growing team! They are looking for someone with at least 3 years of account management or client relations in the financial services industry to directly support the VP of client services.

Pay Range : $80, 000 - $100, 000 DOE

Responsibilities :

• Be the main point of contact for clients, promptly addressing their questions, concerns, and requests professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding and meeting their business needs
• Represent client interests within the organization to ensure their expectations are exceeded
• Collaborate with team members to quickly solve client problems
• Identify opportunities to keep clients engaged and develop further business
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to improve client service

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years'experience in client / customer relations, account management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field;Master s degree preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems (specifically HubSpot) and MS Office 365
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
