Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and seat them in a timely manner
- Provide menus and assist with any questions regarding menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Monitor table turnover and maintain an organized seating chart
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner

-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays ARE required

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, kitchen staff, and fellow team members
- Experience working with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
