Boundless Promotions is seeking a full-time Customer Service Assistant who is looking for a career that offers constant coaching, development, and long-term growth.
This position IS entry-level and organic growth is a staple in our organization. As the Customer Service Assistant, you are provided one-on-one coaching and mentorship to successfully cross-train int o an upper-level management position.
We have been servicing Fortune 50 clients for the last decade with a smile and a handshake. The customer relationship is the most important thing we represent in our business.
Campaigns we work with are focused on developing and executing the best customer service we possibly can.
The role : Customer Service Assistants work in an environment that is based on being apart of an upbeat team and being included in our family-oriented atmosphere.
By bringing together a diverse team with various skills and experience, it allows us to keep up with the current technologies and create innovative ideas to market to our customers.
This is an in-office position and the selected individual would be responsible for commuting to the office regularly. We ensure all employees are following local and CDC guidelines in order to create and maintain a healthy environment for all employees
What is the company mission this year? The mission is quite simple. Every consumer must benefit from the promotions we execute, and every client must benefit from the services provided! Our team has cultivated an environment like no other and the target we are looking to exceed needs to be held to a high standard daily.
The clients we have been working with are offering us new opportunities this year that we cannot miss out on! While we are coming together with new ideas and innovative ways to promote and assist in services, this will allow us to expand out into new regions of the US!
So, how do we do it? We are continuously expanding with our clients as well as the number of cities we cover on a regional scale.
The current consumer base we work with is diverse and we want to continue to change the community as much as possible during these unprecedented times.
In order to build the BEST relationships, we do not follow up by cold-calls, but rather face-to-face. The clients looking to grow have an insatiable hunger to fill up new markets with promoted managers.
