Regional operator of Roller Skating based family fun centers is actively searching for a General Manager for our flagship Philadelphia location. In addition to our core Roller Skating this location also features a full restaurant operation, a large game room, amusement rides and a toy and novelty store. We operate all of these areas, and our General Manager is tasked with the supervision of them. This is a very high volume center that requires a fully hands-on management approach. We expect all of our managers, including General Managers to be well versed in all areas and able and willing to jump in and help out our staff wherever and whenever necessary. This is not an office position, but one that requires constant oversight from the floor. We also have sophisticated digital systems in place that require absolute familiarity from all managers, particularly the General Manager. Our ideal candidate will have significant management experience in a hands-on environment. Examples of this would include other family entertainment venues, restaurants, clubs or similar operationally intense environments.
