Chef Thomas Keller’s newest restaurant, Bouchon, located in Coral Gables, FL, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food, beverage and hospitality to join the team as a Restaurant Dining Room Manager.

Qualified candidates will have 5 of management experience in a similar or chef-driven environment. We require a strong desire for knowledge, a profound interest in food and wine along with a drive to set new standards in the profession.
