Position responsibilities

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable servers. Applicants must be able to work well as part of a team, be detail-oriented and organized, have high energy, possess the ability to take direction well, and must be eager to learn. We are looking for team members who are always committed to serving the highest quality food, who are passionate about hospitality and caring for guests, and possess sincere integrity.

• Demonstrate a hospitable experience for the guest, making the guest the number one priority.
• Handle POS system quickly and efficiently always.
• Have extensive knowledge of the Bottega Louie food and patisserie items to enhance the guests experience in every way possible.
• Perform continual table maintenance throughout the guests dining experience.
• Execute proper wine service and have an extensive knowledge of the beverage program.
• Happily assist other employees in their tasks.
• Perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift, always checking out with the manager on duty.
• Notify the manager of any guest complaint, issues with equipment or breakage that would affect the supply or quality of items for service.
• Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasm.
• Understand and embody the Bottega Louie brand.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Preferred two (2) years of experience in a similar position, ideally in high volume restaurants and concepts.
• You must be a lover of all things food, wine, beer, and liquor and illustrate a strong ability to guide our guests through the beverage menu.
• You are a team player and a high-energy, dedicated individual with a passion for hospitality.
• Must have CA Food Handlers Card.
• You must be willing to work a flexible schedule for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
