We develop premier landmark Restaurants & Patisseries and operate them with a deeply instilled ethic of personalized service. We pair our operations with the management systems and tools required to produce thousands of premium Guest Experiences daily at a reasonable price. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide world-class service to all guests, ensuring their needs are promptly and courteously met.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries and reservation requests with warmth and professionalism.
• Monitor and promptly respond to customer emails with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Count and verify large volumes of cash accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
• Adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines governing cash handling and reporting.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Foster a positive work environment for our employees through friendly, caring, and professional communication.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in cash handling or counting is a plus.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
