Boswell's Golf Car Sales is Hiring a Delivery Driver Near Nashville, TN
About us
Boswell's Golf Cars is a family owned business established in 1963. With one of the South's largest golf car showrooms our business carries a full-line of new Yamaha and EZGO passenger and utility vehicles as well as an impressive line of used vehicles. As a full-service golf car dealer, Boswell's provides retail sales, a full-service department, parts, accessories, and rental contracts. With a rental fleet of over 200 golf cars, our team has the capacity to service both small and large-scale events such as concerts, sporting events, weddings and local neighborhood gatherings.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles
- Transport goods from the warehouse to designated locations
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
- Ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any issues encountered
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with using pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording delivery information
- Ability to lift heavy packages and navigate stairs or other obstacles during deliveries
- Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers
Note: This position may require route driving or courier duties based on business needs.
