Reporting to the Practice Manager, the primary focus of this position is to oversee the Patient Services Team and ensure the efficient flow of daily clinics and maximum patient satisfaction. Assuming administrative tasks and managing cash flow accuracy at the reception desks. Leading orientation, training, support and direction of Patient Services Manager and staff. Careful monitoring of current processes, policies and practices will be essential for compliance and potential modifications as necessary. Full Time position, Monday-Friday, variation of 8:00am - 5:00pm with possible Saturdays.

Work Environment
This role operates in a professional medical office environment routinely using standard office and clinical equipment such as computers, telephones and testing equipment.
Physical Demands
This role requires periods of time sitting at a desk using office equipment as well as moving around the office meeting with, and training, Physicians and staff.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work vary according to the business demands.
Travel
Travel may be involved as is necessary. (Mileage is reimbursed)
Required Education and Experience
At least 3 years related experience
