Boston Speech Therapy is Hiring a Speech Language Pathologist 70/HR Near Brockton, MA
Boston Speech, a woman and therapist-owned company, is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist. You will work with a diverse population and collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care. This is a school-based position, and it will be elementary level students. This position is full-time, in-person, and 35 hours weekly.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and diagnose individuals with communication and swallowing disorders for a caseload of 50-55 students
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and their families on effective communication strategies
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress
- Caseload is between 50-55 students
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or certification
- Experience in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in specialized technology related to speech-language pathology
This is a contract position until the end of the 2023-2024 school year. Benefits are unfortunately not included with this position.
