Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our business reach. The ideal candidate will be passionate about tourism, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of executing successful sales plans.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to increase brand awareness and drive tour bookings.
• Establish and nurture relationships with hotels in Boston & Cambridge MA, specifically targeting concierges to promote our tours to guests.
• Establish and nurture relationships with cruise line operators in Boston to promote our tours to the guests.
• Manage and influence hotel concierge and tour savvy peoples to become our affiliate and drive sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
• Organize and participate in promotional events to showcase our tours to a wider audience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
