About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director and President & Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company, with a focus on advancing the company's goals in the areas of arts and culture, conservation and environment, healthcare, academic medicine, and health sciences, as well as social justice and advocacy. This role requires a visionary leader who can effectively engage with the company's diverse stakeholders, including the board of directors, staff, and the communities it serves.Applicants for the Executive Director and President/Chief Executive Officer position at the company should have a proven track record in executive leadership, organizational management, and a deep commitment to the company's mission. The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, financial management, and a strong understanding of the regulatory and policy environment relevant to the company's work. A background in one or more of the following fields is preferred: arts and culture, conservation and environment, healthcare, academic medicine, health sciences, social justice, and advocacy. Excellent communication skills, the ability to foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, and a graduate degree in a related field are also highly valued.
