Will be responsible for being the director of first impressions for this company and providing direct support to department managers in expediting service paperwork, being a backup for administrative and marketing teams, and assisting in other areas as needed.
You are the person who enables the office to run as a well-oiled machine; keeping tabs on conference room schedules, running a guest registry, traffic control of vendors and clients, issuing and tracking badges, providing direction and facility information, troubleshooting printer issues.
