Position Description

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for:

• Caring for post-surgical pediatric patients.
• Working collaboratively in a family-centered environment.

To qualify, you must have:

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• A minimum of 2 years of inpatient Boston Children’s Hospital RN experience or 2 years of other pediatric inpatient experience.
• Post-surgical care experience preferred.
• Ability to work per diem shifts as needed.

Mandell 3 is an evolving 12 bed short stay Observation Unit focusing on post-surgical patients, incorporating both pediatric and maternal fetal care.
