About the position

The Sales Support Representative is responsible for assisting operations in our retail store by providing outrageous customer service to our customers, installing batteries, inventory management and back-office batching/reporting.

In addition, this position will also assist with our commercial customers and will be responsible for account acquisitions and maintenance, order fulfilment, & customer database management. The Sales Support Representative should expect to spend 75% of their time in the office, 25% of their time on the road visiting and/or delivering products.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in auto part/repair industry is a plus
• Outgoing, energetic personality to provide outrageous customer service
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
• Must be willing to travel 25% of the time to meet customer needs using own personal vehicle (paid mileage reimbursement)
• Ability to lift & move up to 150lbs during delivery, removal & installation
• Strong computer skills
• Must be results driven and possess high level of attention to detail
