Class A drivers with three months experience run dedicated regional with reset on the weekend.

• Drivers will deliver new box springs and mattresses to ND, SD, MN, IL, IA, OH, KS, MO, WI, MI, KY, IN.
• Starting pay is $.67CPM with $53 stop pay and an average of 10 stops per week
• Average first year pay is $88-$93K
• Mattresses will be tailgated by driver to tail of the trailer or on the dock area. Driver will have some assistance from customer but will use a dolly to maneuver the mattresses which weigh about 100-180LBS
• Drivers will go to the same consistent customers each week.
• Driver will be required to chain in the winter
• Drivers will get 34 hour reset on either Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun, Sun/Mon – this will be determined by DM after being hired
• Drivers will be out sleeping in the truck 2-4 nights per week
• Full benefits start after 30 days including PTO, 401K, medical, dental etc

DRIVER CAN NEVER HAVE FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG OR ALCOHOL TEST.

Must meet one of following.

• 3 Months verifiable Class A experience in the last 6 months OR

• 6 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 36 months OR

• 12 months verifiable Class A experience in the last five years

NOTE EXPERIENCE WITH TRAINER WILL COUNT IF DRIVER WAS DRIVING AS A TEAM DURING TRAINING PERIOD.

Requirements:

• No more than 3 moving violations or incidents in the last three years’

• No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years (major accident defined as over $25K in damage) with no more than one highway accident during those three year

• Can not have reckless/careless, rear end or rollover in last three years

No job hoppers (no more than 6 jobs in last 3 years) and can never have failed a DOT Drug or Alcohol test
