Responsibilities

• Provide expert lawn care services, including the application of herbicides and pesticides, to residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose and treat plant diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.
• Perform service calls to diagnose lawn care issues and provide excellent customer service.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on lawn care practices to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare reports as required.
• Drive company vehicle to and from customer locations and maintain equipment/tools regularly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including local regulations for waste disposal and environmental protection.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machines such as Ride-On, Spreader/Push Spreader, PermaGreen, and Steel Green.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in lawn maintenance.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude towards daily responsibilities.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and work overtime and some Saturdays.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and understand product labels and safety data sheets.
• Commitment to wearing required safety equipment and applying materials in accordance with label and state laws.
