Looking for an experienced Fleet Mechanic to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large fleets of vehicles and equipment, ensuring that all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a large fleet of vehicles and equipment
- Ensure that all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained, serviced, and repaired
- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures
- Monitor and control fleet operating costs
- Manage and maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, maintenance, and repairs
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- At least 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of fleet maintenance software and tools
