Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Floral Design Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will manage and oversee the design of various floral and landscaping projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and construction crews to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Develop planting schemes and layouts that enhance the aesthetic appeal of the client's outdoor space
• Work closely with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are completed to their satisfaction
• Lay out annual plant material for crews
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Lead a crew of workers, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that work is completed to the highest standards
• Manage and oversee staff members working on design projects
• Attend meetings with clients, architects, and other stakeholders as needed
• Provide regular updates to management on project progress and any issues that arise

Qualifications

• Bilingual is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Strong Plant ID knowledge
• At least two years of experience in Horticulture/Design
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Experience in garden maintenance care
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations
