BORO PARK OB/GYN is Hiring an Ob/Gyn Medical Assistant Near Brooklyn, NY

Boro Park Ob/Gyn, the largest private Ob/Gyn group practice in the tri-state NY area, is seeking a medical assistant /phlebotomist. Applicant must have 1 year experience.

Our four locations in Brooklyn, NY, are affiliated with Maimonides Medical Center.

Job Responsibilities

  • Does patient intake, reviewing & updating medical history
  • Takes vital signs, assists with procedures such as, colposcopies, leeps, biopsies, IUD insertions, nexplanons.
  • Must be proficient in phlebotomy
  • Must be able to work from 9:30am to 7:00pm or until the last patient is out.
  • The candidate will need excellent communication skills in the English language.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a Medical Assistant certificate
  • Must have Phlebotomy certificate
  • Must have excellent English language speaking and comprehension skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have excellent data entry skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
