BORO PARK OB/GYN is seeking an experienced full-time front desk medical receptionist. Responsibilities include checking in the patient per protocols. Checking eligibility, collecting co-payments via credit card machine, working at the check-out desk sending out claims, giving referrals, prescriptions and making return appointments.

*Candidate must have excellent communication skills in the English language.

* Must be compassionate above all, have excellent computer skills, be professional, friendly and able to handle pressure in a heavy volume practice.

*Accuracy, speed, and excellent diction are skills needed.

*Electronic Medical Records experience is a must.

*At least 3 years experience in busy medical office answering phones required.

Position days will be Monday through Friday, full time, 9:00am till 6:00-6:30pm. Great working environment.
