Borla Performance is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead responsible for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of the facility, and production equipment. This role includes supervision of 2nd and 3rd shift maintenance and janitorial employees. The ideal candidate will have the responsibility to ensure assigned work, emergency repairs, PM's and work orders are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities :
• Perform scheduled P.M.’s on equipment and record all necessary data as required and in accordance with Company SOP’s and work instructions
• Responsibility to keep Maintenance Management informed of all developments on a routine basis through electronic and written briefings
• Perform required paperwork and documentation, work orders and P.M. documents in an accurate, clear, timely manner
• Work additional hours to complete repairs to accommodate business needs or as requested
• Work schedule may vary to accommodate manufacturing/processing functions (weekends/shifts)
• Manage outside vendors during off-shift operations for various projects as needed
• Clearly define assigned work tasks, training, and expectations to shift employees.
• Perform facility operations including as such repair to minor/major electrical, mechanical and HVAC components
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace at all times
• Ensure the security of the building and property during shifts
• Operate snow removal equipment during off-shift operations when necessary
• Maintain boiler documented checks during off-shift operations including weekends when necessary
• Maintain chiller documented checks during off-shift operations including weekends when necessary
• Maintain documented checks during off-shift operations including PM’s assignment of maintenance personnel for fire pump system located at pump house
• Check alarm notifications during shift
• Must wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment for the assigned task
• Well versed with company quality policies and procedures
• Well versed with departmental documents including record keeping, SOP’s, PM’s, Work orders, Work instructions, Environmental Logs, and procedures
• Miscellaneous duties as required or requested
