Starting Rate: $11.00 an hour tips

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Deliver drinks to customers in professional manner.
• Must be well organized
• Consistently circulate in assigned area to ensure guests receive requested beverages.
• Be able to read and check a customers identification to confirm that the customer is of drinking age
• Ability to politely and professionally refuse to serve customers that may have had too much to drink
• Ability to serve customers in professional manner
• Receive money and / or credit cards and be able to use a credit card machine and POS System.
• Keep casino floor area clear of glasses and bottles.
• Wear required uniforms and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Complete all work assignments and follow all instructions provided by the supervisor/manager.
• Able to lead staff to achieve high level of efficiency and guest service
• Ability to make a rotation schedule that is fair amongst the beverage servers.
• Ability to know business demands to create force outs or early ins.
