Position Title: Beverage Server

Reports To: Restaurant and Bar Supervisor
Job Summary
If you like dealing with people in a social environment, where you can earn as much as you want if you have a service mindset and an enthusiastic attitude, than this is the job for YOU! Must be able to give excellent customer service while being courteous, efficient, and prompt in giving service for guests and be 21 years of age.
Key Responsibilities
1. Taking and filling all beverage orders while being courteous, professional, and prompt while following all policies and procedures.
2. Maintains a neat and clean side bar station, cleaning the pop station, refilling and stocking items when needed.
3. Gets a bank, rings up orders, keeps tips and handles paperwork as required by company policies and procedures.
4. Responsible for positive outcome of Health and Gaming Inspections.
5. Assists bartenders, bar backs, table games and others when needed.
6. Performs as a team member with a positive attitude when dealing with guests and co-workers.
7. Communicates effectively with co-workers, management and guests.
Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
8. Operate as an emergency Pull/Count Team member as required.
9. May be required to perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
10. Because we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, most positions require flexibility in scheduling and may require team members to be available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. A typical workweek and normal work schedule may vary based on business needs and may include scheduled shifts.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
Educational/Experience: High School diploma or GED and previous beverage serving experience preferred.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Wyandotte Nation Gaming License and an Oklahoma ABLE Liquor License.
1. Thorough knowledge and understanding of Oklahoma ABLE Liquor regulations.
2. Ability to count and make change according to policies and procedures.
3. Must be reliable, punctual and cooperative with co-workers and supervisors.
4. Maintain a professional and even-tempered demeanor in a high stress environment.
5. Ability to work in areas containing high noise levels and second hand smoke.
6. Ability to read, write and understand English.
