The Opportunity:

As a Learning Experience Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless implementation and delivery of learning products and experiences within the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing logistics, managing vendor relationships, compiling training reports, providing basic budget oversight for in-person instructor-led training (ILT), and overseeing virtual event planning and management, and audiovisual setup of virtual training programs, workshops, or events.

In this role, you'll ensure that learning products and experiences run efficiently, vendor partnerships are effective, and resources are optimally allocated. You will develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, work independently with some minimal guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees.

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Be responsible for oversight of learning product delivery planning, coordination, and management
  • Lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with subject matter experts, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Advise on new and existing learning technologies, trends, and systems to deliver learning in a range of in-person modalities such as small group breakouts, simulations, and role play
  • Serve as a liaison to, and escalation point for, learning partners, facilitators, stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and learning partners to ensure delivery expectations and requirements
  • Leverage deep understanding of available industry recognized content across the spectrum of learning and development service offerings to make recommendations to deliver effective and efficient solutions
  • Develop project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and track progress towards goals
  • Leverage available data to monitor and evaluate learning program efficiency and effectiveness, training completion rates, ROI, and business impact in support of best practices and recommendations for improvement
  • Analyze event needs, evaluate learning product and experience effectiveness, and assess learning outcomes using quantitative and qualitative data
  • Be committed to professional curiosity and development by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development

Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

  • 5 years of experience in business administration, communications, and product management
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Workday Learning, learning experience platforms (LXP) such as Degreed, digital content libraries such as Udemy for Business, and multimedia and eLearning tools used for delivering training content
  • Experience conducting surveys and evaluations to inform future initiatives, and using software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite programs such as SharePoint, and project management tools such as Jira
  • Experience delivering training content that is engaging, interactive, and effective
  • Ability to manage the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling facilitators and participants, setting up meeting rooms, and managing registrations
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, unforeseen challenges, or last-minute adjustments in schedules
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and maintain composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
  • Ability to engage participants, encourage participation, and foster a positive learning environment
  • Ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple learning initiatives simultaneously, and be onsite during execution and delivery of learning products and experiences to ensure successful outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in project management, or 10 years of experience in project management in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:
