As a SharePoint Administrator, you'll bring your consulting, analytical, strategic, and technical expertise to work on projects for the client. You'll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, support, and ensure the client's programs make full and appropriate use of information technology to achieve strategic goals and objectives. You'll impact the work we do for the client for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs and the solutions we deliver to counter international crime, illegal drugs, and instability abroad. You Have: * 12 years of experience as an informational technology support specialist * Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013 to 2016 * Experience with developing workflows and info-processing forms * Experience with using help desk ticketing system * Knowledge of operating system, microcomputers and their peripherals when connected to a LAN, performing migrations to new environments, and implementing new methodologies * Knowledge of customer issue escalation and resolution processes * Ability to problem solve, generate alternative courses of action, and make recommendations * Ability to develop user procedure documentation and train users on basic computer usage * Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: * Experience with SharePoint 2013 to 2016 data migration * Experience with training and demonstrating SharePoint Services * Knowledge of IIS and Windows Server * Ability to promote knowledge sharing by strengthening links between knowledge sharing and information systems Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
