Health and Safety Administrator, Senior

Key Role:

Support the implementation of an organization's health and safety policies and procedures to meet organizational objectives, governmental regulations, and code compliance. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor or supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience with facilities or infrastructure engineering
• Experience with environmental hazard management and industrial hygiene
• Experience with occupational safety, including fall protection, electrical hazards, and confined spaces
• Experience working with federal agencies
• Knowledge of aviation-built infrastructure
• Ability to effectively plan, communicate, and oversee projects with a broad range of stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of completion
• Ability to manage a database for project tracking purposes such as Microsoft Excel
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements 
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Safety

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience leading teams of engineers
• Experience using data management software, including SharePoint or Tableau
• Master's degree
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Certification
• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) Certification
• Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) Certification
• PMP Certification
• Professional Engineer (PE) License

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
