We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Configuration Management professional to join our team. The Configuration Management Specialist will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex C5ISR systems and infrastructure solutions, spanning Information Operations (IO) and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities. Work you'll do * Establish and maintain a configuration management system to track and control software, hardware, and acquisition and technical documentation
* Develop and enforce configuration management policies, procedures, and standards via Enterprise Change Request (ECR) process
* Collaborate with external software developers, program office engineers, and fleet installation teams to define and implement configuration management processes and workflows
* Maintain a centralized repository for software code, documentation, and related artifacts
* Coordinate with development teams to plan and execute software builds, releases, and deployments, driving Software Upgrade development and submission
* Perform configuration audits to ensure compliance with established standards and requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, or other technical field * 5 years of DoD configuration management experience
* Strong understanding of and experience with configuration management principles and best practices
* Comprehensive understanding of Meta model components to include virtual machines, operating systems, firmware, images, hosting environments, and networks
* Experience with configuration management tools and databases such as Git, SVN, Perforce, JIRA, SPIDER, CM Pro and relevant government systems
* Knowledge of the government ECR and PTRB processes including timelines and development of briefing materials
* Active Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibilityPreferred: * Master's degree in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems

This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000 to $163,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
