Key Role: Lead development of solution architectures to address highly complex problems, assume a technical leadership role at a program and account level, shape digital solutions business, and identify and lead growth opportunities as a technical leader. Collaborate to transform the way Intelligence Community (IC) uses technology, including native cloud development, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. Apply industry-leading approaches and technologies, including Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud-native architectures to solve complex client challenges and provide highly innovative solutions. Work in a cross-cutting fashion with multiple Agile teams to drive architectural consistency and technical solution architecture across all layers, including infrastructure, platform, data, business services, user interface, security, and enterprise services. Drive incorporation of modern software development principles and technologies, including cloud-native development using microservices and containers. Build cross-functional teams of software professionals and mentor team members on how to enhance their technical skills and build a big picture perspective about different components of a technology solution and how they fit together. Basic Qualifications: * 10 years of experience with software development and modernization efforts with a focus on Java/JEE and open source tech stack * 5 years of experience with AWS * 5 years of experience with leading Agile and DevSecOps environments and applying full-stack IT modernization approaches, including application re-platforming and refactoring, and delivering systems for resilience, reliability, performance, and high availability * 5 years of experience with continuous integration (CI) or continuous deployment (CD) pipelines in public or hybrid cloud environments using technologies, including Jenkins, GitLab, Apache Subversion, Ansible, Puppet, and AWS Cloud Forms * Experience with cloud computing, including IaaS and PaaS offerings * TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: * Experience with establishing test automation frameworks for systems modernization efforts using integrated DevSecOps toolchains and test-driven development practices * Experience with working in Agile at scale environments with multiple, product-centric Agile teams * Ability to partner with senior-level client stakeholders, provide technical thought leadership, and bring innovation to achieve business needs * Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
