About Us

This position is designated IN-OFFICE ONLY (no remote opportunities), located in the Irvine Financial District, CA. Non-exempt hourly, and performance based commission.

Pay:

Base of $16 an hour with UNCAPPED commissions! Our average sales consultants earn $9-$16K a month, and our top consultants regularly earn $20-30K a month. We have the most lucrative tiered compensation in the industry.

What you'll do

Our Sales Consultants, known as Financial Consultants, are the driving force behind our success. They serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking to reshape their financial futures. Your responsibilities will include connecting with potential clients, establishing meaningful relationships, and guiding them through the initial stages of debt consolidation and relief. You will receive.

• Inbound calls from multiple marketing verticals
• Web leads from our landing pages
• Direct Mail calls
• Access to lead pool for outbounds

The office is busy with average talk times over 5 hours a day with multiple people reaching 7-8 hours a day in talk time! There is no shortage of leads here.

• "Phone Sales" is required for at least 1 year Debt Settlement or Debt Resolution Experience is a huge plus but not required. We can train you to be elite!

• Live within 20 miles of our location and have reliable transportation.
• Be ready to invest in us as we will be investing in you.
• Be computer literate and technology savvy as we use some of the top technology platforms in the nation.
• Be excited about phone sales and ready to crush it
