Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Location: Hybrid, In-Office 3 days per week (Irvine, CA)
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
General Summary:
This role provides support to our Affiliate wholesale accounts/clients, in addition to offering internal support to our Sales department.
Essential Duties:
Provide high quality, personable, friendly and professional customer service to respond to our wholesale accounts (Affiliates) with regards to their needs and concerns
Obtain, review, and update overall details of client’s accounts documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Find solutions and resolve wholesale accounts questions or issues
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Liaison with Alleviate and Forth
Processing support/obtaining exceptions from Underwriting/negotiations department
Offers support and education to affiliates on the software, enrollment processes, guidelines, and more
Job Specifications: (Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience normally required for competent performance)
Knowledge and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year debt settlement experience preferred
Knowledge of underwriting guidelines
Skills and Abilities:
Adaptability and Problem-solving skills
Ability to build rapport
Excellent customer service skills, Strong phone etiquette with active listening skills
Clear & concise communication skills
