Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business development opportunities
- Experience in outside sales, including prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively sell complex products or services
- Account management skills to build long-term relationships with clients
