Job Summary:

• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. Managing, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

General Accountabilities (not limited to)

• Resolves customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Plans and directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
• Ensure all in store posted advertising collateral is up to date.
• Reviews operational sales, upcoming promotions and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• Monitors customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Consults with department heads to plan advertising services to send out mass emails and text messages via Elevate Marketing.
• Confers with potential and current customers regarding equipment needs and advises customers on types of equipment to purchase.
• Advises customers on types of and purchase needs.
• Train and develop new and veteran reps on how to sell the Cellular Vision way.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
