Position Information:

Boone County Family Resources is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Full Time Records Specialist to work in a friendly and vibrant work environment. Teamwork is a fundamental aspect of our work culture.We are looking for a reliable and organized individual who is detail-oriented to join our busy office staff. If you have exceptional organizational, clerical, and communication skills and a drive to work in a fast-paced environment then you may be the perfect fit. You must be capable of prioritizing tasks and working with a high level of efficiency. You should be able to communicate professionally and have strong customer service skills.

The Records Specialist is primarily responsible for scanning and electronic filing as well as backup support for our front desk staff.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following essential qualifications for success in this role:

Have a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.

Reliable and Organized: Dependable and can maintain a high level of organization, especially when multi-tasking and dealing with detailed tasks.

Professional Communication Skills: Communicate effectively and professionally, with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service.

Computer Proficiency: Significant experience with computers, electronic files and naming conventions, data entry, scanners, word processing, and email

Efficiency and Prioritization: Prioritize tasks and work with a high level of efficiency is crucial.

Accuracy: Detailed-oriented, meticulous, and logical in their work with a high degree of accuracy.

Record Management Skills: Knowledge and skills in records management for both digital and paper records.Experience with computer record management systems will be considered a valuable asset.
