• Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the agility to work harmoniously with co-workers.
• Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates, and manages staff in order to ensure that employees receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established department objectives.
• Implements and monitors department standards, guidelines, and objectives, and maintains other administrative processes such as budget and staffing to ensure proper planning and efficient operation of department.
• Responsible for morale of department through quality of supervision and training and provides training for all department personnel to ensure extraordinary guest service standards are met.
• Oversees customer transactions, approves credit and check cashing for customers and issues and redeems markers.
• Enforces company and cage policies and maintains compliance of state and federal regulations.
• Counts down and balances all bankrolls and oversees transactions with other departments.
• Trains new cashiers.
• Handles customer complaints.

• Basic mathematical skills.
• Understanding of budget process, financial statements, accounting principals, and property policies and procedures.
• Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
