World-leading approaches in finance are fundamental to our success. Our Financial Analysis team has a broad and important responsibility. We rely on our analysts to develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for planning and control. Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies, and their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements and forecasting.

What you'll do:
- Work with IT, HR, Legal and the entire Finance team to scale critical processes, support tool adoption, and influence our hiring roadmap, helping build the finance team for future growth
- Act as the point of contact for critical business process improvements, from business case and vendor selection, through requirements gathering, implementation, communication, training, adoption, reporting, and controls
- Work quantitively and qualitatively with teams to collaborate on critical improvements in an agile way
- Utilize data to influence and guide the decision making process
Experience you'll bring:
- 12 years of combined experience in Finance and Project Management
- Proven track record of attacking business process optimization and change management in Finance operations
- Deep understanding that key stakeholders exist in other organizations outside of Finance
- Ability to work quantitively and qualitatively to get teams to collaborate on critical improvements in an agile way
Bonus points if you have:
- Technical certifications in Finance
- Project management certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, etc)
