**Position Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Co-Manager to lead our dynamic team, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at working alongside the store manager to ensure the smooth operation of our store.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.

• Train and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Organize store operations, including delegating tasks and setting employee goals.

• Handle and resolve escalated customer service issues.

• Manage inventory and make educated decisions regarding the purchase and sale of products.

• Aid in implementing marketing strategies that drive sales.

• Oversee merchandising and ensure the store presentation aligns with the branding and standards.

• Analyze sales figures, forecasting future sales, and interpreting trends to plan stock levels.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable.

• Make sure all health and safety regulations are complied with.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar supervisory role.

• Effective leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate others.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A strong affinity for the products sold at 2nd & Charles, including books, electronics, and entertainment goods.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the business.

• Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

• High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
