We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Reservations Sales Agent to join our team. As a Remote Reservations Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, tailor bookings to individual preferences, and identify opportunities for upselling to enhance guests' experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement : Provide friendly and professional customer service by guiding customers through the reservation process with enthusiasm and expertise, tailoring bookings to individual preferences and providing a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.
- Product Knowledge : Become an expert on our offerings, amenities, and exclusive services to provide guests with comprehensive and enticing information.
- Sales and Upselling : Identify opportunities for upselling and providing additional value to enhance guests' experiences, utilizing your sales skills to exceed revenue targets and contribute to the overall success.
- Effective Communication : Articulate policies, procedures, and special offerings, collaborating with other Remote Reservations Sales Agents to ensure a smooth and coordinated guest experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the USA (or any of the eligible countries listed on our platform)
- Must have a reliable computer and smartphone with high-speed internet - Proven experience in customer service and sales
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision - Positive attitude
