Bonton Associates is a civil engineering firm based in Louisiana with offices in Baton Rouge and Shreveport. Bonton Associates is hiring for a Construction Manager position in its Construction & Engineering Inspections team, to be assigned to work full-time on DOA / FP&C projects across Louisiana as well as work on the CWS Program in Shreveport. The role is similar to a Resident Project Representative and is responsible for oversight of construction activity and ongoing inspections of construction progress. The role works daily with the contractor(s) to review their work for quality and completeness and to make sure the project stays on schedule.
