Job Title: Crane Operator

Reports To: Team Leader, following the direction of Department Management 

Shift/Hours: 7:00 pm- 7:00 am 12-hour shift/ rotating shift

Salary: 21.44 per hour 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced crane operator to join our team. As a crane operator you will be responsible for safely operating overhead cranes and other heavy machinery to move raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the manufacturing facility. 

 What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Operate overhead cranes and other heavy machinery to move materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility.
• Load and unload raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safe operations of cranes, including conducting pre-operational checks and inspections.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, including removing debris and obstructions from crane paths and storage areas.
• Adhere to production schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of processes.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and production output.
• Communicate with Team Leader and team members to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks. 

What You Will Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures for crane operation.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and awareness.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Strong problem-solving and decision -making skills.
• Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Must pass company background check and drug screen.
